How to support intervlan routing with SMI of cat 3550?

I want to utilize a catalyst 3550 with smi to implement intervlan routing with an external RP(cisco 7200) ,but how to configure SE on catalyst side ?

Is there some links to help (I haven't found the help to set switch engine to support intervlan routing at cco)

The later IOS on 3550 allows you to perform interVLAN routing on the switch itself. I suggest that you upgrade your 3550 to 12.1(12c)EA1. The release notes are at
