How to upgrade an IOS

Hi, have a 2620 and I want to upgrade the IOS but don't remember commands/different ways (xmodem,tftp,...) to do it. Typed everything in search field but can't find any documents about that. Guess I can't get used to this new website :-(

from privledged exec mode, copy tftp flash

You do need to know the file name of the IOS that is on your tftp server.
