No, you can not. HSRP exists to move the default gateway used by hosts from one router to another as conditions warrant. These hosts do not build routing tables from a routing protocol, so they send all non-local traffic to the default gateway. EIGRP, like all routing protocols, is used to communicate to other routers the best route for a destination. Devices that run routing protocols have no need for HSRP, since they can learn the best path to send a packet over.
