HSRP is not configured for this interface, what does this mean?

I am getting the following debug event on my 2621 router with HSRP enable for the two fast ethernets facing different LAN segments. My gateway is the 10baseT interface on e1/0. What does this mean, why is this message displayed when I don't have HSRP enabled for e1/0?

21:54:16: HSRP: Et1/0 API active virtual address 24.237.0.1 not found

It looks to me like it is

almost cosmetic, and should not effect

your operation.
