I'm trying to use HSRP using a serial connection as the primary and an ISDN line as the secondary, i get it working but when the main line comes back up the ISDN won't hang up. Does anyone have a sample configuration using a 2621 as the primary and a 1700 as a secondary?

Hi.
Sorry... but can you elaborate a bit more?...

when the primary links get back up, does the router becomes HSRP active again ? (use preempt to make sure it does).
Then, if all the traffic is going to the primary and nothing goes to the secondary, it should finally timeout if the idle-timeout and the dialer-list is correctly configured.
Do you permit routing protocol on the secondary link ? If so, you might want to use the dialer-watch feature to detect the primary link going up and down
If so,
