my standby router is passing traffic??? what could cause this???

Some Clients must have there gateway set to the physical IP of this router . Turn on Ip accouning on this interface you can get the Source address .

It only forwards for traffic to a particular subnet on our corporate network, all of the traffic going to 10.x.x.x on the corporate network goes through the active router. All 200.x.x.x goes through the frame..

The active router most likely does not have a route to the 200.x.x.x subnet. If it does try 'clear ip cef * prefix-stat' or clear ip route *
