Hi all, I have a 2800 router with 2 gigabit interfaces, is it possible for me to back this up using hsrp using a 2600 router ?

Hi Carl,

Yes that is possible and you have to configure HSRP between 2800 and 2600 series router just make sure the IOS image which you are having on both the routers support HSRP.
