Hi, I was wondering if the NM-1HSSI is supported on the cisco 3925. documentation seems to include only till 3800 series but can't find if it's supported or is there an alternative option for 3925. does anyone have any idea?

Agree,

Cabling should be different however this is the most similar replacement to that old module. See official EoS document for that:

Hello,

Unfortunately this part is EoS and not supported on 3900. You can see this information here (look for  Table 5.

Unsupported Modules on ISR G2 - Cisco 1900, 2900 and 3900 Series routers):

Hope this helps,

You don't. HSSI is technologically obsolete.

Forgot to mention,

Replacement is NM-1T3/E3 (in same document).

Hi Nik, the NM-1T3/E3 does not have the same interface type as the NM-1HSSI
