I can not Out-of-band Management WS-C1900C v.5.35

I can not Out-of-band Management WS-C1900C v.5.35. Never appear the menu. Only can access "Diagnostic Console - Systems Engineering" if I having "mode" button at starup system. If continue with standard system startup only display "ATQ0H0" and the switch is ready to work.

I'm using hyperterminal with Win2000 y try several times return system to factory defaults and reset main console RS232 interface to 9600,8,1,N

If I remember correctly, the console port on this one was "one off" from everything else. Had its own cable....

Sorry, but i don't know.

I'm using two terminal conector DB9(female DTE adapter labeled TERMINAL) and rollover cable (RJ-45 to RJ-45)pugled into a console port (switch and Pc).

It's correcto or I need other type cable or conector(what)
