were can I find these patches and others like them????

The correct bug id for cscdx83538-1 is CSCdx83538 and you'd need to contact TAC for the patch.

The correct bug id for cscdy21951-1.0 is CSCdy21951 which is fixed in the latest IDU for RME which you can get from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-rme

Other patches can be found under the respective application link at:
