I want my router to stop response to
ping-echo generated by remote user such
as hacker and so many internet user generated icmp-echo packer.

You can configure on the router interface
an "ip access-group" access-list preventing ICMP echo reply.

Simply configure an extended IP access-list preventing ICMP echos to the router if they are not coming from specific addresses (to allow you to ping your router locally).
