i want to know about adaptive voice parameter in voice channel configuration.

Please refer to the standard manuals: here's one from the CD on version 9.2.x about the command 'cnfchadv' http://127.0.0.1:8080/cc/td/doc/product/wanbu/9_2/cmdref/92cmd06.htm

Remind that adaptive voice is default ON. Since I dislike it, I always turn it OFF. In that way you can avoid differing voice quality over time (adaptive voice allocates more bandwidth if available and thus influences what the receiver hears). I hope this answers your question.
