I want to know why it is showing active fail .

All cards perform internal tests to monitor their integrity, when is alarmed an error condition has occur, but service is still operational. The command resetcd f eliminates this condition.

Model J is the recommended one for UXM in 9.2.30

It is advisable to check the error being registered before clearing the alarm. This can be done with the dspcd command. The error will be at the bottom of the right hand column.

Also, ABJ is an older firmware release. You may want to review the newer releases for bug fixes, particularly if you are running IMA.

You can also check for historical errors on the card. Dspcderrs and see if they are relevant to the error currently logged.
