have you tried booting the switch manually, by entering in rommon prompt? try this optio & still if you face, try to upgrade the IOS. hope it works,
because i was facing the same issue but not with this screen, it is also while going on through these booting test, i tried booting manually it booted & for a safer side i upgraded the IOS, it worked out. i tried on 3550
