I have upload the flash file and the sh ver as below:

But i still could not get ssh protocol on the switch...as below:

Where did i go wrong?

Use the Cisco feature Navigator
http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp
Search by image
Enter your IOS version like this
c2950-i6q4l2-mz.12.1-22.EA4a.bin
You will then see the featue set below.
Then look at the feature set drop down box and you'll see the crypto image select this and you can compare features. The crypto show the SSH features. You can also use the compare function with the navigator. This clearly shows the differences. The only difference between the two images are
Diffie-Hellman Group 5
Secure Shell SSH Version 1 Integrated Client
Secure Shell SSH Version 1 Server Support
Secure Shell SSH Version 2 Server Support

To add on..I have check on the cisco website that SSH is supported for the type of switch..

Phil,
I dun have the command to configure it..seriously suspect if it is due to the ios image file..
Please see part of the commands I have in my 2950 switch..

I do not believe this is a crypto image based on the IOS image c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-22.EA4a . The crypto image is for this ios release is c2950-i6k2l2q4-mz.12.1-22.EA4a.bin

Thanks Phil..I have got back to the vendor to get this image for me..:D
Guess i really can see the comparison between the 2 IOS which are differents and thanks a lot for that..
This is deemed solved. ;)
Hopefully my vendor will come back to me soon for the IOS Image for me to implement the SSH.
