My network currentl using some unknown brand of swithces and routers,The speed of my network just running on moderate rate,My question is if I would like to convert it all to Cisco managed swithces and router will it improve the overal performance of my network?
replacing all your switches and routers with Cisco equipment will not necessarily improve the overal performance of your network. You need to find out what causes the performance problems, and where potential bottlenecks are. Can you indicate what specific problems you are having (e.g. are applications running slow) and which type of hardware you are using at the moment ?
