In a cat 6500 can two powersupplies with different power ratings work in a redundant configuration?

I have got two power supplies in my cat 6500. I have just realised that one is WS-CAC-1000W while the other is WS-CAC-1300W. Also that ' PS Configuration : PS1 and PS2 in Redundant Configuration. PS1 disabled'

What are the implications of this. Would redundancy not work?

Cat6500 must have both power supplies of the same specifications.

If the PS2 fails, the PS1 will come online and will power up whatever it can, since it doesn't have enough power as the failed power supply.
