PROBLEM:

At start-up, router cannot access startup-config

So router starts with no configuration all the time.

Problem starts after;

Router hangs, even not responding from console,

We open its cover,

Find reset jumper(baud reset), open-close it,

Router start responding from console,

But the above problem starts.

you should check for the config register. make show version to check it. normally it should be equal to 0x2102. if it is not then configure it

router(config)#config-register 0x2102
