inbound load sharing

I have a 2600 router ,I wish get load sharing use T1 + DSL line.

This is impossible use BGP in my ISP,somebody told me I can use

two DNS server to do load sharing,but I don't know how to do detail.

I haven't no money to use like linkproof box,my topology is DMZ connect

a PIX,PIX connect a 26 router,I have a web server and wish obtain inbound load sharing,router s0 connect T1 and F1 connect ADSL,anybody can tell

me how to do it?

I set one DNS have my web server A record:example 100.100.100.100 -(T1 ip space)

another DNS have the same web server A record:200.200.200.200-(DSL ip space)

When anyone research my web,if T1 congested,the response from first DNS will slower,and he will come in from DSL line,isn't it?

I trust I have miss something,please tell me how to do !
