Inconsistent Layer 2 View

My shop is VERY new to CiscoWorks2000 so I please bear with me...

When ADMIN displays a Layer 2 View from all but one workstation, the map retains the desired layout. However, one one workstation the map layout appears with all icons stacked on top of each other.

The workstations all have the same base image (IE 6.0, Java 1.3.1 etc.). Any ideas as to what's going on?

Other versions: Topology Services/Campus Manager 3.2, Patch 0

Thanks.

Re: Inconsistent Layer 2 View

You can modify the map icons by dragging them away in the way you want to see it and then use Save Layout feature, so that next time when you open the map, it will show up the same way you saved it the last time.

Re: Inconsistent Layer 2 View

I did modify the layout (dragging) and Save it. This is working as expected because ADMIN views the modified layout each time. However, when ADMIN logs on from one specific workstation...all the icons show up again stacked on top of each other????

Thanks.
