I can save on a tftp server or inject into a router the contents of the startup configuration with the commands "Copy startup-config tftp:" or "Copy tftp: startup-config".But i use these commands on the router. Is there a means to make these operations from the tftp server . For example injecting a configuration in a router but by typing a command from the tftp server or using ciscoworks.
If you have CiscoWorks RME, you can use it for pushing configs to the routers using cwconfig CLI script or ConfigEditor. For small/minor changes, you can use NetConfig. Refer to the RME docs for more details.
