Internet Router Redundancy Question.

We are setting up a Demo environment with redundancy as a priority. I have worked with BGP for multi links with 1 router, but never had an occasion to use two Internet routers with 2 separate links.

What is a good practice to allow Internet connectivity redundancy using two separate routers each with its own connectivity?

We are using 2 clustered Nokia firewalls with 1 external virtual IP and two 3640 Routers and each will have a T1 directly connected.

This is one of the many functions of a routing protocol. Run EIGRP or a similar routing protocol at both the 3640 routers.
