IOS and vlan routing

Hi i have a router with 3640 with c3640-is-mz.121-2.T.bin IOS, it work fine for video H.323, voIP and data. But in the LAN i have vlan with ISL and switch 3524XL and principal 6506Catalyst, but my IOS of the router it don´t support virtual ethernet interface with isl for vlan routing, the 6506 is layer 2. What IOS can support isl and maintain the other features

Do you mean to sub-interface on your fastethernet interface? You'll need IP plus feature set

only i can to make intervlan routing using isl and sup interface with router 2600 and catalyst 3524.it need fast ethernet interface in the router or I can to make that with 10M ethernet interface

IOS is not the problem.

The solution for your problem is to buy some card with FastEthernet port, because trunking isn't possible on ports that are not FastEthernet.
