I am not sure what exactly you mean by order of boot becaue you have inserted tftp also inside that which is not required if the ios is in flash.
If the IOS is in flash it is like this
Flash--->DRAM (dynamic RAM) thats it
If the IOS is loaded on tftp server and you are booting from tftp server it is
TFTP-->DRAM (dynamic RAM)
NVRAM is the partition place in flash itself as a whole and holds the configuration file.
