ios for 1700 router

Can anyone please tell me or point me in the right direction of the correct ios for creating vpn on my router ? My current ios wont let me do any crypto maps etc !!

Without much info like your current Flash,DRAM available in your box it wont be easy to suggest any cryptography software to have IPSEC configured in your boxes.

Also it depends on the kinda encryption strength you want in place like either single des or triple des or AES ..

i would suggest to check this link where u can keyin your hardware config also the other requirements (like the feature set you want to go for) and get the software code to download and install in ur box ...

Hi there, thx for the reply, I tried using the link but it wont work for me as im only a guest user, my 1751 has 24576k/8192k of memory, current flash is c1700-y-mz.122-4.T1.bin, I just want standard encryption that allows me to set up a simple vpn connection, hope you can help !!
