IOS incompatibility with 3640

Hi :

We are trying to upgrade the IOS from 12.0.7XK2 to 12.1.13 GD. But after the IOS up gradation, it’s not sensing the interface slot/bay.

Kindly advise.

Please find the interface details as follows:

Slot 0:

NM-1FE2W Port adapter, 2 ports

Port adapter is analyzed

Port adapter insertion time unknown

EEPROM contents at hardware discovery:

for more information about required software release:

you should take an IOS from the 12.1(x)T train, also 12.2(x) will solve your problem i suppose!
