I having 3560 switch i want to upgrade the new ios on this switch. how to upgrade ios on switch plz suggest me and send me any urls and ios upgrade links.

i having previous using ios is 12.1 ip base ios and now i having c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-40.SE ios it is BIN File. in this perticular ios i want to uprade on my switch.i having tftp also so plz suggest me how to upgrade.
