IOS Upgrade

Hi

I am trying to upgrade my ios versions and nothing is working. The model of switch is a 2960-S

I have tried the following commands:

copy tftp flash

copy tftp run

archive download-sw tftp://(IP Address)/(Filename)

The first command gets to the tftp server (see input below), the other two commands do nothing.

can you help.

I would use the "archive"

I would use the "archive" approach.  It is saying your TFTP server is not responding.

Perhaps a local host firewall?  What tftp server are you using?
