IP-3-LOOPPAK error message

Hi,

We are getting a lot of messages regarding IP-3-LOOPPAK. We have Catalyst 6509 SUP2+MSFC2.

We running hybrid mode [CatOS:76.1 and MSFC2: 12.1(19)E.

Here is the output of sh logging:
