IP and IPX bridging

I use a Cisco 2612 router as a bridge between a Token-Ring network and an ethernet network.

I have Novell servers on the token-ring segment. So i have to bridge IP and IPX protocol. I have no problem with IP bridging, it works well. But the IPX bridging does not work.

Could someone help me?

Re: IP and IPX bridging

You will need to manually set the MTU on the Servers on the Token-Ring with an MTU of 1500 bytes. By default on token ring, Novell Servers will send packets with an MTU near 4k and those frames will never make it onto the ethernet segment.
