IP-EIGRP neighbor loss

I have a central office C7206 router in it. There are some region centers with C3640 routers. It happens that the central router does not see its one of the neighbor router. The line parameters are ready but the route to the LAN of region router is missing. I have to clear the interface and the route will appear in the routing table. Please help me!!

IOS on the central router: (C7200-IK2S-M), Version 12.1(6)

IOS on the region router: c3640-is56i-mz_121-3a_XI2.bin

Re: IP-EIGRP neighbor loss

The culprit here would seem to be the multilink interface/link leading to the remote neighbor.

The router is experiencing both hold timer expiry as well as retransmission timeout, and that would indicate that you're loosing packets on that link.

Both hello and update packets are being lost.

"sh ip eigrp neigh detail" will give you some insight into how the different neigbors are performing in terms of srtt/rto, q count (un ack'ed updates), and retries.
