IP Routing-Table entry with PPP link.

Why is there an additional host route { neighbor router interface ip address} in ip routing-table when Interface encapsulation is PPP ? Why not other {HDLC}?

That is the default behavior of PPP. You can configure 'no peer neighbor-route' to prevent the /32 from being installed:
