IP Solution Center installation problem.....

After installing ISC 3.0 apparently without any problem, when I reboot the workstation I am not able to launch ISC administration browser.

If I use http://host_name:port/isc the browser sends me the following message "Netscape is unable to locate the server host_name:port"

If I use http://ip_address:port/isc the browser sends the following message: "Netscape's network connection was refused by the server ip_address:port The server may not be accepting connections or may be busy"

Do I need to configure something else in order to make this work???

As per the Cisco documentation on installation of ISC,

If you enter an HTTP Port value less than 1024, you must run ISC as root.
