IPSC integration with CIC 3.5

So far I have found many documents related to VPNSC 1.x or 2.x integration with policy manager of CIC, but I have not found any document describing the integration between IP Solution Center with CIC through Policy Manager, is this possible to do this??? where could I find information regarding this procedure????

Even though IPSC is an add on to VPNSC, I feel it is not possible to integarate IPSC with CIC through Policy manager. I could not find any documents supporting this.
