Hi, I am trying to cofigure a C3750 wich is connected to a C3550 by FO. I need to configure this switch to permit ipx traffic from 3550 (where are the clients) to 3750 (where is the server).
Wich commands do I have to use to get this?
Thanks

The 3550 and 3750 switches do not route IPX. They only route IP. So there are no configuration commands.
If the clients on the 3550 are in the same VLAN as the server on the 3750, then they should be able to communicate directly with each other.
If they are on different VLANs, then you have three choices:
1. Connect a router with two (or more) LAN interfaces so that one interface is connected to each VLAN. Router must be running an IOS release that is able to route IPX.
or
2. Put multiple network adapter cards in the server, and configure each one to connect to a separate VLAN. Server is "multi-homed" at that point; whether you configure it to route IPX as well is up to you. (If it's the only IPX-based server, then multihoming without routing IPX is fine.)
or
3. Install a high-end server NIC with driver software for your server's operating system that supports sending and receiving 802.1Q or ISL-tagged VLAN traffic. Configure the server's switchport to be an 802.1Q or ISL VLAN trunk port.

AFAIK, there is 4th solution: Fallback Bridging.
See "Switch Configuration Guide" chapter "Configuring Fallback Bridging" for details.
