I have serval 26oo seris routers that will drop the IPX routes and servers at wiil. They are running 11.3, has anyone seen this problem and is there a fix outside of upgrading the IOS

It is a bit difficult to say from your description if this is a known problem however, in any case, there will be no new fixes released in 11.3 which is at end of life and no longer being maintained.

I would advise you to upgrade to the current maintenance level of 12.0 or above and trouble shoot from there if the problem persists.
