Is the command ip routing in the CLI the same as routed enable, using Cisco Network Assistant, on the IP address page under device properties? By default it is enabled for the Vlans that I have IP addresses for but I dont see ip routing in the config but I can route if my gateway is set to that device. When I uncheck it I can no longer route between the two networks.

yeah it is normal. routed enable is equal to ip routing in CLI.
hope this helps.

But why doesnt it put ip routing in the running config then? I did a little more research and the enable routed is considered a SVI. hmmmmmmm
