Is it a bug?

My router is 7507 with rsp8. here is the boot information:

I think it's a bug. Can anybody give me some advice?

From the boot information, I presume that your card is faulty. You could check this by replacing the card in the same slot with a working one and then see if it works fine or try the card in a different slot.

You could get a replacement if the card is faulty. Please check the IOS version compatibilty. For eg. VIP 4-50 is supported on versions 12.0(10)S, 12.1(0)T, 12.1(3)E,12.1(3). Upgrading the boot mage should fix the problem.
