Hi,
This is for a lab, is it possible to connect two Cisco 1600 together using their dsu/csu interface. Router#1 dsu/csu ----------------dsu/csu Router#2?
Thanks in advance.

of course you can. i suppose you will make a leased line; so you can use PPP or HDLC as wan protocol.
be sure the CSUs r synchronized first

Make sure the TX leads of DSU#1 go to the RX leads of DSU#2, and that the RX leads of DSU#1 go to the TX leads of DSU# 2.(crossover) Observe polarity. You'll probably have to fiddle with the TX power levels (reduce!) so you don't overload or burn out the DSU's.
