I have 8MB internal flash SIMM and a 8MB PCMCIA flash card on a 3620. I need to install an IOS image greater than 8MB. Is it possible with this configuration ?

NO. It is not possible to do that. IOS need to be in one device, flash or PCMCIA flash card.
