is it possible to use 2 b channels of an ISDN BRI to 2 different customers

In an ISP POP ,there is a 3660 router and an ISDN BRI line is connected to

a customer. But now,the higher authorities are asking to keep only one B channel with that customer and configure the other B channel for another customer.

Is this possible..?

If it is possible what is the configuration ?Any url ,so that I can understand better..

Thanks in advance..

YES..It is possible..Just use dialer profiles with "dialer max-link 1" under the dialer interface for those two different users so that way they will get just one channel..Following link has sample config for that..just add "dialer max-link 1" under the dialer interface.
