Is possible to broadcast async traffic from one port to another?

A serial device is connected to one of the async ports in my 2511 and splitting alarms. We reverse-telnet to get the alarms. Now we have second app that needs the same alarm feed. Is there any command on IOS that would broadcast/copy async traffic from one port to another? I did my research and came out negative. Have anyone run into similar situation.

TIA

I don't think this kind of relaying is possible since each connection is a separate point-to-point link. If the devices can use IP to communicate, you can try routing the signals from one port to another.
