Is the VLAN interface down when all port in this VLAN on cat5500/6500 are not connected?
I have a cat5500 with RSM installed and a cat6509 with MSRC2 running hybrid IOS. If there is no port in a VLAN on cat5500/6509 or all ports in this VLAN are not connected, will the VLAN interface on RSM/MSRC become down?
