Is there a way to configure a 1-Port 4-wire 56/64 -kbps DSU/CSU to run on a 64k frame relay circuit ?

You'll need to check with the Telco to see how it was built. If we are talking about a 64k Clear channel then yes.

If we are talking a T1 access using a single DS0 as the port speed (64k) then no, you will need to upgrade to the T1 DSU.

Definitely u can run,I have tried back to back on 64 k frame-relay link.clear channel u can configure.
