Anyone please guide; I have one 2950 switch at each floor as my user desktop switch and from each of these 2950 switch ,there is a fiber backbone back to a core chassis 4003.
If I am creating VLANs over the 2950 switches, can the 2950 switch do the inter switch routing ? Is 2950 a layer 3 switch ?
Please help out.

i can confirm the WS-c2950-24, ws-c2950-c24 and the ws-c2950T-24 do not perform intervLAN routing. They will trunk to the 4003 so let it do the routing.
