ISDN addressing for BRI and PRI

Hi

When we assign an IP address to a BRI / PRI interface, I trust, the IP address gets assigned to the D channel of the BRI / PRI interface.

Since the BRI / PRI has more than one B channel, can these B channels connect to more than one destinations at the same time ?

If yes, then does it mean more than one B channel will share the same IP address though they might have a circuit established with different destinations ?

Thanks and regards

Your assumption is correct. If you thing of the ISDN cloud as a network, your hub will have a single IP address, and it will map other IP addresses on the ISDN network to other locations according to dialer maps.
