Isdn Backup problem

Here is the diagram

NY 3660 ROUTER CONFIG IS

ROUTER RIP

redistribute connected

redistribute static

network 192.168.10.0

network 192.168.20.0

int bri 2/0 have been correctly configured

I config a floating static route like the fllowing

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.13.2(the 2660 isdn bri1/0 ip address) 250

my 2660 router config is

ROUTER RIP

redistribute connected

redistribute static

network 192.168.11.0

int bri 1/0 have been correctly configured

I config a floating static route like the fllowing

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.13.1 (the 3660 isdn bri2/0 ip address) 250

after I test , I found something wrong

the bri 1/0 on 2660 has dial to 3660 router successfully via the floating route

0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.13.1 250

but in 3660 , the RIP routing protocol do not tear down , so the

floating route on 3660

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.13.2 250

does not work

How do I config the c3660 router and 2660 router

ps: Do I need to key the command like network 192.168.13.0 on both router ???

YES..you need to have network of isdn lines included under the RIP.
