ISDN BRI problem on a cisco 1750

I have the following message dispalyed when i type show isdn status.

Global ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3

ISDN BRI0 interface

dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3

Layer 1 Status:

ACTIVE

Layer 2 Status:

TEI = 23, Ces = 1, SAPI = 21, State = TEI_ASSIGNED

TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED

TEI = 37, Ces = 1, SAPI = 23, State = TEI_ASSIGNED

Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0

Can any one tell me why it is displaying multiple TEI assigned.The ISDN is connected to the BRI port of the router only and no other device.

Definitely looks weird, but does a clearing of BRI interface (clear int bri 0) or (shut/no shut) of BRI interface, clear this problem ?

The shutting or clearing the interface does not help.but if you reboot the router, it gets cleared.which then again builds up with time.
