isdn bri voice doesn't act as an NT interface

connecting my VIC-1b S/T TE/NT to a Nortel PBX layer 1 does not go up.

<p>I used a crossed cable.and this is my config:

<p>no ip address

<p>no ip directed-broadcast

<p>isdn switch-type basic-net3

<p>isdn overlap-receiving

<p>isdn skipsend-idverify

<p>isdn incoming-voice voice

<p>I configured also the voice-port 1/0/0

and I dial peer pots.

Your config seems wrong. You did not specify that

the interface should emulate the network side

and slo layer1 parameters was not specified.
