ISDN call being rejected. Don't know why.

I am trying to connect 2 3604's together via ISDN, but I get the following error on the router making the call. I don't get any info on the router receiving the call. What does the error below mean?

Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

Re: ISDN call being rejected. Don't know why.

Pl. focus on "Cause i = 0x82D8 - Incompatible destination " from the logs...The local isdn BRI switch is complaining about number dialed is wrong or like it...So talk to the local BRI provider for that.

Here is the url which explains the ISDN Q931 cause code (0x82D8 in your case) in detail.

Re: ISDN call being rejected. Don't know why.

The local switch is rejecting the call...could be a provisioning issue.

Try using another provider circuit (just for testing sake), say 10101220 & then the 1806xxxxxxxxx number.

Instead of making changes to the configs, can try the following:

isdn call interface bri1/0 101022018067809052

Thanks, Mak.
